Location

Coaching sessions can happen on Art Decoo’s premises but it can also take place at your home or at your company’s location.
For sessions of more than one day, we will look for a quiet Bed&Breakfast.

Taylor-made solution

Art Decoo offers a taylor-made solution, we prepare an offer after a non-committal discussion.
A coaching route can consist of coaching groups, coaching individuals, ...

Duration

An individual coaching session takes about one hour and a half. A typical coaching route for a person means a maximum of 6 sessions.
In case of an intervention in a company, the duration of each unit and of the overall project is defined up front.

Contract

Once the offer has been accepted, the agreement is confirmed in a contract. That way, each party knows exactly what to expect.
